The VIAcode Azure DevOps Connector integrates VIAcode Incident Management System (VIMS) with Azure DevOps, enabling organizations to build a robust site reliability engineering (SRE) process for their Azure environment.

With the Azure DevOps Connector, support engineers can delegate an incident to the appropriate DevOps team responsible for the service, helping to better mitigate the 10% of incidents that statistically require escalation beyond Level 1 Support.

Product backlog items, including incident details, are automatically created in Azure DevOps. Once resolved in Azure DevOps, the VIMS ticket moves to a pending review state so that a support engineer can confirm the issue has been resolved and can close the ticket.
